You earn points by making a purchase with David Phillips. There is no minimum spend requirement to qualify to earn points. Points cannot be accrued against purchases of furniture packages, property staging or rental furniture.

Points will be awarded within 30 days of an order invoice being paid

You will earn one point for every £100 spent, rising to 2 points for every £100 spent over £999.

It’s £1 for every point. So if you redeem 10 points, you have £10 to spend on rewards.

No. Only points awarded through the scheme can be used towards rewards.

No. Points are only to be used by the customer who has earned them and cannot be transferred to another individual. However, points can be accrued by a group of individuals who are members of a company account. In this instance the nominated account administrator will be able to spend points on behalf of the group.

Rewards can be delivered within the UK. You can choose your address for delivery when you place your reward order. This should be an address where someone is available to sign for the delivery.

Delivery times will vary depending on the time you placed your order, however we advise up to 5 working days for physical items and 2 working days for digital e-codes. In peak seasons such as Christmas, physical items can take up to 7 working days.

Generally rewards will need to be signed for – particularly if they are high-value items. Please enter a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for a reward – this can either be a residential or work address.
